By donating to the Eclipse Gaming community you hereby accept all of the following terms stated below:


You understand that by donating, you will receive virtual items/good in exchange with no physical involvement.

your donation is a non-refundable gift.

If due to an unrelated conflict you have decided to part ways with Eclipse Gaming or your account had been suspended, we hold ALL rights to the sum of the contributions you have made to the server.


If your account were to be suspended from our servers, your perks will remain, however, will be inaccessible for your use until your conflict is resolved.

Unless mandated by law, no refunds are to ever be given for a donation made, opting for a chargeback will be considered a breach of our contract terms and your accounts belongings will be permanently removed from our server.
